Gary has been a student of trial skills his entire professional career, first as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, NY, and then as an investigative attorney in both the SEC’s Division of Enforcement and FINRA’s Department of Enforcement. He enjoys sharing all of the lessons he has learned over his career with others.
Gary has more than 25 years of experience training attorneys and investigators in advanced investigative and litigation techniques. He has not only tried many cases before juries and hearing panels, but he has been a witness himself in both Federal and state criminal cases.
He has been deposed in a civil litigation and even served on both a criminal and civil jury. With his many years of trying complex and multi-respondent cases, and having served as a Hearing Officer, Gary has learned what is effective and what is not. He enjoys sharing his polished techniques in either training or as a speaker in a collegial and entertaining manner.
